Our Story
Hope & Faith Healthcare Limited is a Domiciliary Care Service (DCS) for adults aged 65+ in the city of Leeds and any surrounding areas established to offer home based quality care and support to service-users who require care and support in their own familiar environment and surroundings.
The care/support delivered is regulated by Care Quality Commission in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (Fundamental Standards). We strive to remain compliant
with all regulations, requirements, and standards within the Act.
When it comes to providing personal care, our organisation has a desire in providing the highest standard of care to service users/ clients in the comfort of their homes and at times most convenient to them, promoting their preferences and choices.
Our focus is on quality and safety of service users, based on the things that matter to serviceusers and making sure that the service we provide is safe, responsive, caring, effective to their needs and well-led by competent, skilled, and qualified staff.
